Giving Back Has Always Been Part of My Life

People often ask why I'm running for Mayor. The answer is simple: I've always believed in serving others.

After graduating from high school, I continued my education while also investing my time in something just as important: giving back to my community. I joined the Niagara Regional Police Auxiliary Cadet Program, where I learned the importance of responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and community service.

That commitment to serving others didn't stop there. Later, I became a volunteer with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary (The Guardian), continuing my passion for helping people and protecting our communities.

Looking back, it's clear that service has been a part of my life from a young age. Whether in my career, my volunteer work, or now as a candidate for Mayor, I've always believed that leadership is about putting people first.

Throughout my career, I worked my way from the shop floor as a tool and die maker to executive leadership roles, making important business decisions and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Those experiences taught me how to listen, solve problems, and make thoughtful decisions that benefit everyone.

Now, I want to bring that same commitment to the people of Lakeshore. I believe in transparency, accountability, and listening to residents before making decisions that affect their lives.

Giving back isn't something I started when I decided to run for office. It's something I've been doing my entire life. That's the kind of leadership I want to bring to Lakeshore.

On October 26, I would be honored to earn your vote and the opportunity to serve as your mayor.
