Lakeshore needs affordable housing

Commercial +Industrial = More Jobs

Housing and Jobs need to grow together

Lakeshore needs affordable housing, but housing and jobs need to grow together. Adding homes without enough local jobs puts more pressure on our roads, water, wastewater and services.

We need to attract more commercial and industrial investment, create good-paying local jobs and strengthen our tax base.

More business. More jobs.
